Excellent service definitely. But though KioskMedia has the best kiosk products in Malaysia, the quality of the kiosk really needs much improvement. Some components inside the kiosk body are just stuck on- not reliable in the long run. You have good design and a good team but you need to improve the maintenance or reliability of the kiosk."
