All our kiosks come with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers the malfunction of every component that is incorporated into the kiosk. However, it will not cover misuse and vandalism.
If agreed on, after the one-year warranty has expired, KioskMedia offers a maintenance package to take care of the maintenance and management of your kiosk and provide you with monthly reports about the status of your kiosk.
